The worst experience

I bought 10 times pass card for children and adults more than one year ago. When I bought this, I asked and confirmed whether it has any expired time. The staff said no expired time. You can use it any time until you use out this 10 times. Today when I brought the children to be there. I was told that I must to pay extra money, because you change the price. I said it is not reasonable, I bought 10 times tickets, that's mean I can enter 10 times, now you change the price, it is not my problem. And I have no idea about raising price. The staff said we posted in facebook. Why must I see your facebook. At last, the staff said there are two solutions: 1. You pay extra money. 2. We refund the left money, then you get out. It is soooooo rude to said to the customer "you get out". You are not a bank, I also didn't save the money in Bambini. Your staff behavior just like someboby buy a under constructing house, one or two years later, the house is complete. When you ask for the key, the real estate say the price raising, if you want to get the key, you must pay the extra money compared the market price. Is it reasonable?????
