Dissapointing customer service

I have been multiple times to their facility in Leiden. It is beautiful and worthwhile. The only downside is the price (bit steep) and crowded (through out the day). The reason I gave now one star is that they have been closed in December and January (when we had another reservation). I have sent multiple emails to change it for now (Feb or March) when they re-opened but I got no reply. Upon calling them I was told that the reservation have expired and they cannot be reinstated (??). So it is 2 entrance tickets wasted (50 euro roughly paid) which were not honoured by the establishment because they were closed due to COVID.
