The staff are horrible

The Pool is clean and good, but the staff are horrible, The employees are very rude, unethical and incompetent, they don’t know their job of course not my child’s instructor because I don’t know about other instructors. The employees who are working in this pool are violent and ill-tempered. They are very disrespectful to the customers and they are bloody racists. I suggest to the management to give their employees about their job description, ethical and customer service training. I am amazed such a developed country, how these amateurish, useless people are employed, they even can’t communicate appropriately. I am going to write an official letter to their management, I am the voice of the poor customers that they always harass in front of their children, I hope the management will take action, there are a lot of parents who are mistreated in this pool but they don't know most of where to complain. this comment is for the 4 racist employees in Zilwerd zwempad. you can't say any customer to get out it is not your house, it is a business location and you are an employer there, you should speak respectively, all the 4 of u are attacking one customer and intimidating the children. shame on you!!!!!,
