Very disappointing experience, overpriced and rude staff

I had a very negative experience at this photo salon. First of all, the prices here are extremely high compared to other photo shops literally next door – I strongly recommend checking those out before committing here.

The worst part is that you’re not even allowed to choose your own photo. The staff takes several shots but then they pick the one they think is best, without showing you any options. I wasn’t happy with the photo they printed and asked if I could at least see the other ones to choose a better one – but they completely refused. No chance to see or select anything.

While I was waiting for another print, I overheard the staff speaking in Dutch and sarcastically mocking me for wanting to change the photo. It was extremely unprofessional and frankly disgusting behavior. I felt disrespected and embarrassed.

All in all, this place is overpriced, unaccommodating, and rude. I regret going here and hope others can avoid the same treatment. There are much friendlier and cheaper alternatives right nearby.
